Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an Engineer to deliver remote and on-site network engineering services across North America. You will design and document wireless LANs, perform site surveys, configure devices, and support clients in dynamic environments with substantial travel.

Strong experience with Cisco wireless, Ekahau Pro, and Office365 is required, along with CCNA or Network+ certification. This role emphasizes hands-on deployment, collaboration, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise network design and support.
• Experience with IEEE 802.1, WAN/LAN, QoS, TCP/IP, and wireless technologies.
• Clear communication in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design accurately.
• Perform wireless network design, optimization, and site surveys.
• Site and remote support across North America with heavy travel.
• Lead proof-of-concept trials for new technologies and maintain documentation.
