Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an experienced network engineer to provide remote and on-site support across North America, focusing on physical infrastructure design, wireless networks, and hardware configuration. The role requires extensive travel and hands-on work with data-center facilities, warehouses, and office environments.

Bachelor-level experience in enterprise networking with CCNA or equivalent and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network design and support experience.
• Experience with IEEE 802.11, WAN/LAN, QoS, routing, switching.
• Hands-on with Cisco wireless APs and controllers.
• Ability to travel domestically 75–90%.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design.
• Engineer, configure, and troubleshoot wireless networks and APs.
• Perform RF site surveys and coverage studies.
• Lead proof-of-concept trials for new technologies.
• Maintain standards, reports, and client communications.
• Provide remote/on-site support across North America.
