Trace3 is seeking an experienced Engineer to provide clients with remote and on-site support across North America, and internationally where applicable. The role covers physical infrastructure design/installation, wireless design, and hardware configuration in data center facilities, warehouses, offices, MDF/IDF closets, headends, and remote sites.

This is a 100% onsite role with heavy travel; candidates must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise network design and support.
• Hands-on with Cisco wireless APs and controllers.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fundamental understanding of Office365 products.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design.
• Plan, design, engineer, configure, and maintain wireless LANs.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
