Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an experienced engineer to provide remote and on-site support across North America in varied client environments. Responsibilities include documenting network infrastructure, wireless design, RF studies, and deployment of enterprise equipment.

Heavy travel and strict adherence to Trace3 standards are required. Candidates should have 5+ years in enterprise networking, Cisco wireless experience, and Ekahau proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network design and support experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco wireless access points and controllers.
• Knowledge of Ekahau Pro Suite and Sidekick.
• Certifications such as Network+ and CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document network infrastructure and design accurately.
• Engineer, analyze, and test wireless networks and solutions.
• Plan, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot WAPs and wired connections.
• Perform RF site surveys and optimize wireless coverage.
• Engage in client meetings and maintain high customer satisfaction.
