Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with personal computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• English as primary language; bilingual skills may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event scheduling/activation goals.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics to promote offerings.
• Pre-promote events and offers to drive attendance and engagement.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including event recaps, finance management and inventory.
