Job summary

M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Construction Coordinator for an onsite role on a Nevada project. You will manage warehouse activities, supervise equipment and materials, and coordinate offloading and storage with receiving personnel.

The position requires at least 2 years of construction experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Passport is required and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction activities.
• Ability to present reports to clients in a public form.
• Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
• A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required.
• Candidates must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects.
• Must be able to pass the background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all warehouse activities on site.
• Supervise project equipment and materials.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and transferring of project equipment and materials.
• Maintain inventory of all received and transferred items.
• Coordinate with receiving personnel to offload equipment in a timely manner.
• Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Produce correspondence and reports as needed.
• Maintain appropriate records.
• Communicate with vendors, clients and co-workers professionally.
• Sign off on contractor receipts and submittals to the warehouse and keep files.
• Verify contractors purchased materials on site.
• Position typically requires site presence for the duration of the project and travel will be required.
