Job summary

ZAP Engineering seeks a hands-on Material Coordinator for the Field Services team in New Mexico. You will receive and track materials for the project site, manage inventory, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely delivery of PVF, instruments, and related items.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of experience, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Travel up to 100% may be needed; typical hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with OT as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade/technical school preferred.
• 3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and tracks all materials for the assigned project site.
• Maintains inventory by labeling and storing received items.
• Performs visual inspections of delivered PVF, instruments and related materials.
• Prepares daily receiving reports and updates consumption tracker.
• Documents and files all material tests, certifications, and manuals.
• Ensures tools and materials are readily available to contractors.
• Assists with additional duties as assigned.
