Trane Technologies in the Upper Midwest region seeks a Ductless Technical Specialist to join our field-based team. You will work closely with contractor customers and internal fulfillment to ensure proper installation and startup of VRF and Ductless products.

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation, service or troubleshooting experience preferred; travel throughout the territory is required. The role emphasizes field support, customer satisfaction, and hands-on training for customers and area
