Job summary

Trane Technologies in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Ductless Technical Specialist to work closely with contractor customers and the internal team to ensure proper installation, startup, and ongoing support of VRF and Ductless products.

The role requires 2–5 years of VRF experience, strong public speaking abilities, and willingness to travel within the territory. A valid driver's license and construction knowledge are preferred, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of VRF experience.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing aspects of construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in VRF/Ductless post-sales product success.
• Monitor and measure processes to meet post-sales ductless needs, including startup.
• Investigate concerns, advise corrective action, and communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Provide commercial and high-level technical product training to staff and customers.
• Conduct field training of customers in install and troubleshooting of VRF and Ductless products.
• Troubleshoot VRF and Ductless products and assist in startup and commissioning.
