Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store brand storytelling and visual standards across Vans, The North Face, and Timberland retail environments. This role blends creative execution with strategic coaching while spending the majority of time in stores.

You will partner with Store Managers and District Leaders to translate global strategies into localized, compelling execution that boosts consumer engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in visual merchandising, retail operations, or brand presentation, in multi-brand or multi-store environments.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and consumer engagement.
• Ability to train and coach Store Managers and in-store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Visual Execution Across Retail Stores: travel extensively to implement seasonal floor sets and brand campaigns.
• Coach Store Leaders in Visual Excellence: train and mentor store teams on merchandising principles and storytelling.
• Partner with Field Leadership: align execution with business goals and elevate brand experience.
• Drive Brand Presentation: ensure brand identity through product placement and fixtures.
• Support Key Retail Initiatives: lead merchandising for openings, remodels, and activations.
• Provide Real-Time Feedback and Support: coach teams during store visits.
• Document and Share Insights: capture visuals, ensure compliance, share trends with partners.
• Multi-Brand Expertise: work across Vans, TNF, Timberland environments.
• Field Leadership and Influence: liaise between marketing and store teams; drive improvement.
