Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible retail design experience.
• Ability to translate brand identity into built environments.
• Experience in cross-brand, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand-led strategy into executable retail design solutions across VF brands.
• Lead design development and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Visual Merchandising, and external partners.
• Prepare design presentations, guidelines, and briefs for approvals.
• Support concepts from inspiration to physical rollout across formats.
