Job summary

Swatch Group (U.S.) is seeking a Visual Merchandiser & Trainer for Hamilton in the Northeast. The role will oversee the visual presentation of the Hamilton brand across boutiques and wholesale accounts and drive training initiatives to elevate product knowledge and sales.

This field position supports brand standards and coordinates with store teams, regional teams, and leadership. Travel up to 80–85% of the time is required, with responsibilities including floor sets, window displays, seasonal

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably in specialty goods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail and wholesale locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual execution and provide on-the-spot adjustments.
• Plan and execute floor sets, window displays, seasonal transitions, and promotions.
• Lead training sessions for store managers and associates on visual standards and customer experience.
• Provide coaching to store teams and collaborate with regional brands leadership.
