Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant 8–10 years Aftersales and Technical service engineering experience.
• Recognisable technical qualification or experience-based equivalent.
• Broad experience in Automotive Technical Service Engineering and Aftersales disciplines.
• Strong diagnostic and analysis skills and ability to wear many hats.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day vehicle support from a Technical Service Engineering perspective.
• Work with regional and global teams to maintain vehicle uptime and customer confidence.
• Review repairs, compile Technical reports, coach and develop staff.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance service capability and processes.
• Participate in developing vehicle product requirements from early design perspectives.
