HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an Advanced Vehicle Systems Diagnostics & Performance Specialist for a full-time, onsite role in La Habra, California. You will diagnose complex issues across domestic, Asian, and German vehicles and perform precision repairs with attention to safety and quality.

The role rewards high-quality workmanship with productivity incentives and requires U.S. citizenship with no sponsorship. Onsite schedule and strong diagnostic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional automotive repair experience; 3–4 years may qualify with exceptional diagnostics.
• Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and German vehicles.
• Advanced electrical diagnostic abilities.
• Owns professional automotive tools for advanced diagnostics and repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders and verify customer concerns with service advisors.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance issues across multiple brands.
• Develop accurate repair recommendations, labor estimates, and parts needs.
• Complete repairs on engines, drivetrains, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, electrical and electronic systems.
• Document findings, procedures, and results accurately; ensure quality control before delivery.
