ACV Auctions is seeking an enthusiastic Inspector to join a growing company. Inspectors are the face of ACV, talking with clients and explaining vehicle conditions in clear terms, ensuring they understand what is needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the automobile field with customer service background.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work outside in the elements for extended periods.
• Problem solving aptitude and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to work independently in a team.
• Strong communication to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience and simplify interactions.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at dealerships, auctions, and off-lease sites.
• Prepare reports of vehicle condition and cost estimates.
• Assist sales with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Interface with dealers to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships.
• Travel to dealerships and homes to inspect and write condition reports.
