Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years of construction, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely around mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Construct, operate, maintain, and repair water distribution and wastewater systems.
• Inspect and maintain wells, reservoirs, pumping stations, meters, hydrants, and equipment.
• Repair mains, install service connections and valves; flush hydrants.
• Operate construction equipment and perform grounds maintenance.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule.
