Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure safe operations and maintenance of vehicle/equipment.
• Maintain a professional attitude representing the organization to clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Undergo training to understand basics of utility pole inspections, components, maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
• Learn and follow inspection procedures to evaluate pole condition, structural integrity, deterioration, pests, and weather-related damage.
• Assist in identifying issues and contributing to a maintenance plan.
• Complete inspection records and report according to codes and regulations.
• Collect field data and perform daily and weekly reporting.
• Maintain records on tools, electronics, vehicles, and equipment.
• Adhere to company and government safety regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
