Job summary

USIC is hiring field locators to identify and mark underground utilities across assigned areas. You will work daytime, full-time in the field with a company-provided vehicle and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to read locate tickets, maps and prints.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities in designated areas and accurately mark locations.
• Document all locate activity and photograph sites as required.
• Coordinate with teammates, customers, and homeowners; communicate clearly.
• Work daytime, full-time hours with overtime and on-call shifts as needed.
