Job summary

USIC is hiring field locators to identify and mark underground utilities across multiple systems. This is a daytime, full-time outdoor role requiring safety awareness, problem-solving, and reliable transportation.

We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement, with a company vehicle, expenses paid, and a support-focused team environment. You will work in various weather conditions, meet uniform safety standards, and participate in overtime or on-call shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and maps/documentation.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive).

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and efficiently (telecom, electric, gas, water, sewer).
• Mark locations, complete documentation, and photograph each locate.
