Job summary

SRS Medical is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to serve as a product and BPH pathway expert. The role will implement UroCuff and EP1 tests in targeted urology practices, train physicians and staff, and educate patients about the procedures.

The CSS will travel within the defined geography to client sites, collaborate with sales and clinical teams, and support documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least two years of field-based sales

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; advanced education preferred in related area.
  • 2 years of field-based sales experience required.
  • Experience training physicians, nurses and patients is a plus.
  • Clinically knowledgeable with urologic diagnostics and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the BPH protocol in client offices.
  • Become an SRS product and clinical expert and provide training.
  • Build relationships with client staff including physicians and nurses.
  • Lead patient education campaigns in client offices.
  • Conduct UroCuff and EP1 tests per established protocol and document results.
  • Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to support training and reporting.
  • Travel within defined geography to client sites on a regular basis.
