Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a driven Urology Division Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical support for urologic oncology procedures across ORs, cancer centers, and clinics. You will collaborate with field sales and healthcare providers to educate and assist throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.

The role requires regional travel, strong interpersonal skills, and a clinical background (RN, medical assistant, therapist, or similar).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or patient care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to clinical expert for case support, troubleshooting, and advanced product guidance.
• Provide in-procedure consultation to physicians, offering insights on technique and product performance.
• Deliver engaging educational conversations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare teams.
• Address customer concerns with solution-oriented thinking, cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedural device usage and clinical data.
