Job summary

ASML US, LLC seeks an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer in Dallas, TX to install, relocate, upgrade and optimize advanced lithography equipment at customer sites. You will work with customers and engineers to ensure safe, high-quality installations and timely upgrades, contributing to system performance and reliability.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, document work, and collaborate across teams while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to engineering or physics.
• 0-2 years in field service, semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience assembling, installing, troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience using data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of vacuum, pneumatics, hydraulics, or precision alignment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, upgrade, and qualify lithography systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to meet schedules.
• Analyze system performance and verify safety and quality compliance.
• Complete documentation, service reports, and project handovers on time.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor less experienced teammates.
