Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in the event of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter will call to set appointments for phone or Zoom meetings to assist with insurance applications.

We provide training to ensure your success through online courses led by top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

Compensation

• The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results vary).
• Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
• You can start part-time or full-time.
• Agency owners with consistent promotions every 2-3 months can generate passive incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 annually (results vary).
