Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then the field underwriter contacts them to set appointments for phone or Zoom meetings to assist with applications.

We provide training to ensure your success through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events — no prior experience necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

Compensation:

1. The average commission per application is approximately $450 to $650 (results vary).
2. Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
3. You can start part-time or full-time.
4. Agency Owners with several years of experience and consistent promotions every 2-3 months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
