Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, which can be conducted over the phone or via Zoom if requested, to assist with the application process.

We provide training to ensure your success through online sessions led by top industry sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reaching the top.

Compensation

1. The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results may vary).
2. Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
3. You can start part-time or full-time.
4. Agency Owners with several years of experience who are promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
