Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc.

Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life plans, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits. Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, after which a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments via phone or Zoom, and assists with insurance applications.

We provide training through online sessions led by top industry sales reps and team builders, along with one-on-one mentorship and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential for reaching the top levels.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application is approximately $450 to $650 (results may vary). Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Agency owners with several years of experience who are consistently promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
