Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, either over the phone or via Zoom, to assist with insurance applications.

We provide training to ensure your success in our industry through online courses led by top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachable, and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential for reaching the top levels.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results may vary). Full-time underwriters typically handle five or more applications weekly. You may start part-time or full-time.

Agency Owners who have been with us for several years and are promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
