Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter will call to set appointments, which can be over the phone or via Zoom if requested, to help them apply for insurance policies.

We will provide training to ensure your success in our industry through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachability, and a drive to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

COMPENSATION

• The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results may vary).
• Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
• You can start part-time or full-time.
• Agency Owners with several years of experience who are promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 annually (results vary).
