Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then the field underwriter contacts them to set appointments via phone or Zoom, assisting with insurance applications.

We provide training through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events—no prior experience necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset, coachability, and drive. Commitment and consistency are essential to succeed at the highest levels.

COMPENSATION

The average commission per application is approximately $450 to $650 (results vary). Full-time underwriters typically handle 5 or more applications weekly. You can start part-time or full-time.

Agency owners with several years of experience who are promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 annually (results vary).
