Job Opportunity: Business Partner & Senior Mentor

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, which can be over the phone or via Zoom, to assist with the insurance application process.

We provide comprehensive training through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachability, and drive to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top levels.

Compensation

• The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results vary).
• Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
• You can start part-time or full-time.
• Agency owners with a few years of experience and regular promotions every 2-3 months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
