Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to build a team and sell simplified instant-issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments for phone or Zoom meetings to assist with applications.

We provide training through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential for reaching the top levels.

Compensation

• The average commission per application is approximately $450 to $650 (results may vary).
• Full-time underwriters typically handle 5 or more applications weekly.
• You can start part-time or full-time.
• Agency owners with several years of experience and regular promotions every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results may vary).
