Job description

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We look for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, etc. Our offerings also include simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, and then a field underwriter contacts them to set appointments, which can be over the phone or via Zoom if requested, to assist with their insurance applications.

We provide training to ensure your success in our industry through online sessions with top sales reps and team builders, one-on-one mentorship, and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners—individuals with a growth mindset, coachable, and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential to reach the top.

COMPENSATION

• The average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650 (results vary). Full-time underwriters typically handle 5 or more applications weekly.
• Agency owners who have been with us for several years and are promoted every two to three months can generate passive incomes of $200,000 to $500,000 annually (results vary).
