Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) to collaborate with Territory Managers in a New Jersey territory. The role focuses on understanding clinical needs, demonstrating Sonosite products, closing deals, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and adoption after the sale.

The position emphasizes travel, training, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver value to customers and stakeholders in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• Three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager to understand prospect’s clinical needs and demonstrate products.
• Support attainment of territory sales goals and KPIs.
• Implement products at customer sites and train users.
• Own post-sales activities to drive adoption and resolve issues.
• Maintain presence and relationships at installed base client sites.
• Demonstrate product value to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to demonstrate products in the field.
• Identify upsell opportunities and alert Territory Manager.
