Job summary

Steve & Kate's is seeking team members to chaperone field trips and supervise campers, ensuring safety and engagement throughout activities. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with 2+ months experience with camp-age children and hold First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1.

Positions emphasize playful leadership, collaboration with a team, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• You’ll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers.
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
