Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking staff to supervise field trips and activities for campers, traveling by bus to multiple stops while ensuring safety and engagement. The role emphasizes guiding children, staying calm under pressure, and collaborating with a team to create a playful, educational environment.

The position requires a minimum of 2 months working with camp-age children, 18+ age, and First Aid/CPR certification before Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months of experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• You'll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers.
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Reporting & recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self.
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
