Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking a Field Trip Counselor to chaperone excursions, monitor safety and wellness of campers, and accompany groups on bus rides between stops. You will work with a team to support kids in a playful, educational setting.

The role requires being at least 16, with 2+ months experience around camp-age children and First Aid/CPR certification before Day 1. This on-site position involves active supervision and collaborative planning with staff.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred, in either a professional, personal or volunteer setting.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications)

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops with campers.
• Actively supervise campers and report and record notable concerns or incidents.
