Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus to transport students on field trips and special events.

• Ensure student safety during loading, unloading, and transport.
• Follow all local, state, and federal transportation laws and school district policies.
• Maintain order and appropriate behavior on the bus.
• Communicate clearly with school staff regarding schedules, routes, and any issues.
• Complete required logs, trip reports, and documentation accurately.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations.
