Job summary

FMGI is seeking an organized, resourceful Travel Manager to coordinate travel and lodging for our traveling construction workforce, including Superintendents and Project Managers.

You will research, book, manage, and track hotels, Airbnb/VRBO properties, extended-stay lodging, airfare, rental cars, and other transportation across the United States, while aligning with FMGI travel policies and cost-control standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating travel for multiple employees simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hotel booking platforms and lodging options.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and lodging for FMGI employees on projects nationwide.
• Research and book hotels, Airbnb/VRBO properties, extended stays, airfare, and rental cars.
• Negotiate corporate rates and maintain relationships with travel vendors.
• Track travel expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain travel calendars and communicate itineraries to employees.
