Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) seeks a Traveling Project Site Supervisor to assist in completing commercial construction projects and to oversee day-to-day operations on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial systems.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance.
• Ensure safety and quality are top priorities.
• Ensure client contract compliance is upheld.
• Manage vendor and subcontractors during the project life cycle.
• Maintain communications with clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Organize and lead weekly safety meetings with agenda and minutes.
