Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Project Manager to lead project tasks and ensure compliance while traveling across the U.S. The role involves setting up construction offices, managing project documentation, and working directly with the Project Superintendent.

Candidates should possess experience in Office Management and strong skills in Microsoft Projects, interpersonal communication, and leadership. This opportunity offers long-term projects with a demanding schedule of six days a week, 10 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Office Management.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Projects or Primavera.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Well versed with computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Project Superintendent for project completion.
• Setup and maintain field construction office.
• Track project hours, timekeeping records, and job site inventory.
• Manage 811 / Once Call Ticket.
• Ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
