Dwm Inc is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee interior construction projects across the United States. This hands-on role requires traveling up to 80% of the year, coordinating with clients, design teams, and crews to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, manage subcontractors, and forecast costs while maintaining schedules and quality standards. This position offers travel nationwide and opportunity for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2-3 years of construction field experience, carpentry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% annually including air travel.
• Willingness to work varied shifts: days, evenings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on oversight on all phases of a construction project on site until completion.
• Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to meet project goals and profitability targets.
• Provide direction to team members to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of progress, timesheets, and invoices; approve and submit daily.
• Forecast project costs and timelines to achieve expected margins.
• Read blueprints, purchase orders, change orders, and submittals; monitor schedule.
