Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected. English proficiency is required with DOT safety and drug testing compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience dealing with collision and injury claims is a plus.
• DOT drug testing and safety requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitors driver pre and post trip inspections and equipment issues; takes corrective action.
• Performs driver road checks and observes work readiness.
• Performs IPP Safety contacts with drivers and corrects safety violations on the scene.
• Dispatches and drives routes as needed.
• Assists management with driver interviews.
• Monitors on-time performance.
