Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering or construction observation experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Construction observation and inspection experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MSA's primary field representative on projects.
• Document project activities and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and agency representatives.
