Job summary

MSA Professional Services is seeking a Project Engineer – Field Services to support municipal infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin. This role focuses on construction observation and project delivery, spending approximately 90% of the time in the field during the construction season.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of experience, and a strong understanding of construction plans and field coordination.

Compensation ranges from $79,000 to $126,500 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering or construction observation experience required.
• Experience with transportation and municipal infrastructure projects preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MSA's primary field representative on projects.
• Perform construction observation and inspection activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and agency representatives to resolve issues.
