Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering or construction observation experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience with transportation and municipal infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MSA's primary field representative on projects.
• Perform construction observation and inspection activities.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers and clients.
• Assist with engineering design and plan development during off-season.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction plans
