Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of craft experience; 2+ years supervisory in transmission/substation.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA codes and standards.
May require relocation; valid Class B CDL; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality, safety, and production of field work.
Coordinate billing, equipment usage, maintenance, and inventories.
Supervise personnel evaluations, CDL requirements, and resolve personnel issues.
Attend and participate in project meetings with owners and internal teams.
Review contracts, bids, and secure necessary materials and equipment.
Organize crews and assign foremen to tasks.
Monitor major project activities; update schedules and progress reports.
Maintain communication with inspectors and owners.
Document and bill change orders; ensure safety compliance.
