J. Kelly & Associates is seeking a Transition Specialist (Full-Time, Florida resident). You will open new accounts, oversee asset transfers, and train clients on new systems, acting as the lead coordinator for seamless advisor transitions.

This field-based role requires travel ~95% of the time, including weekends and extended hours during peak periods, with a focus on regulatory compliance and relationship building across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience opening new client accounts and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily in-person meetings with incoming recruit teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Open and establish new client accounts in accordance with firm procedures
• Manage and oversee the transfer of client assets between firms with accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact coordinating all transition-related activities across stakeholders
• Build and maintain productive relationships with branch managers, financial advisors, and all parties involved in the transition process
• Guide clients through required documentation, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold regulatory and firm compliance standards throughout all phases of each transition
• Deliver training to new associates and clients on relevant platforms and internal systems
