Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to advisor offices to support transitions (up to 90% travel)
• Assist with opening client accounts and transferring client assets
• Prepare and process documentation required for account setup and transitions
• Work directly with financial advisors and their teams onsite
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Support and train client associates on processes once established in the role
• When not traveling, assist with remote transition work (account setup, documentation, etc.)
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transitions
