Dynalectric Arizona seeks a Field Training and Workforce Development Manager to lead training design, delivery, and workforce programs in Mesa, AZ. You will align onboarding, development, and recruitment with company standards to build a highly skilled field workforce.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, leadership of trainers, and ongoing program improvement to meet project needs and safety standards.

Competenze

• Proven experience in workforce development, training, and field operations within the electrical construction industry.
• Minimum 10 years of General Foreman or higher experience.
• Strong understanding of union environments, preferably IBEW/NECA.
• Active electrical license or apprenticeship certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs and curriculum.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methods and training techniques.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and industry safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

Mansioni

• Define long-term workforce development goals in AZ with senior leadership.
• Develop Field Leadership training for Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen.
• Coordinate recruitment messaging, onboarding, and training processes with HR/Marketing/Divisions.
• Coordinate with IBEW and JATC for hiring classifications and indenturing.
• Oversee new hire orientation and assess skillsets for training pathways.
• Track training records, certifications, union status, and assignments.
• Promote safety culture with the Safety Manager and support safety training programs.
• Lead development of hands-on training programs focused on skills, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee CE evaluation testing, CW bootcamp, and JW training modules.
