Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona seeks a Field Training and Workforce Development Manager to lead design, delivery, and management of training initiatives supporting field supervision and craft professionals. You will align onboarding, recruitment, and ongoing development with company standards to build a highly skilled workforce.

The role focuses on coordinating labor management, safety training, and program effectiveness across AZ operations, reporting to the Director of Training and collaborating with HR,

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development, training, and field operations in electrical construction.
• Minimum 10 years as General Foreman or higher.
• Strong understanding of union environments (IBEW/NECA).
• Active electrical license or apprenticeship certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs and curricula.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and workforce development goals with AZ leadership.
• Develop Field Leadership training for Superintendents, Foremen, and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Operations to align recruitment and training processes.
• Ensure proper classification and indenturing in coordination with IBEW and JATC.
• Support HR onboarding and evaluate skillsets for training pathways.
• Oversee training program management and facilitator performance.
• Lead safety training initiatives across field operations and warehouse environments.
• Partner with Safety and HR to implement company-wide training initiatives.
